Hello I was curious as well. I am also on my third pacemaker and have had it "slip". I went and saw my cardiologist and he told me that I should wear very supportive bras (as I am breast heavy, in his words) until the pacemaker settles and a new pocket can be naturally formed. He said it was a stitch which holds the pacer in place had slipped. He said to watch for inflammation and if the area feels warm (it is neither gladly). Otherwise to take advil until the new pocket forms. Hope this helps.

Best regards
